The Lionel Corporation, New York, model train transformers in black plastic housings with lithographed metal faceplates and metal base plates. This lot includes one Type RW 110-watt Trainmaster transformer and one Type 1033 90-watt transformer. The Type RW unit features a variable voltage throttle lever, black whistle button, and red direction button, with three terminal posts at the rear. The faceplate is marked with a circular UL logo and reads "Multi-Control Trainmaster Transformer Type 110 RW Watt, 115 Volts 60 Cycles for Alternating Current Only." The Type 1033 unit features a black throttle lever and a red secondary lever, with four terminal posts on the top edge. Its faceplate is marked Multi-Control Transformer Type 1033 90 Watts and includes voltage output specifications for terminal combinations A-U, B-U, and A-B. Both units include attached power cords, with an inline switch present on the 1033 cord. All marks, including the maker name and Made in U.
