Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / Parfen.D XL - Ultramarine Poppies
A deep, uniform ultramarine blue occupies the entire surface, worked in minute touches that give it a soft, continuous vibrancy. At the center gathers a bloom of red and garnet poppies, dense and tactile, radiating outward and thinning into small suspended points. A few barely hinted stems descend downward, very light, almost an shadow on the bottom. The composition is essential, built entirely on the relationship between the breadth of blue and the luminous concentration of red. The contrast is sharp but calm, and holds the gaze at the center of the work. An intense and refined image, where few elements suffice to create a strong presence. Signed and dated 2026 at the bottom right Image dimensions: 95 x 65 cm Total canvas size: 105 x 75 cm The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. The certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively upon request, in digital format. Parfen D. is a contemporary artist who transforms painting into a poetic gesture, capable of revealing the intimate connection between human beings and nature. His work stands out for its ability to silently evoke universal emotions through a refined and minimalist visual poetics. He does not seek to represent nature in a realistic way, but to suggest its essence: fragility, lightness, and a deep connection with our inner world. Each brushstroke is a meditative act, an invitation to slow down, to immerse oneself in a universe of vibrant silence. The colors, which often dominate his works, are not mere tones but true protagonists, charged with memory and meaning. His canvases do not impose a narrative, but offer spaces of contemplation where everyone can find their own story.
