Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Pharmacy scale - Wood, Marble
Splendid antique pharmacy or precision scale, characterized by an elegant carved wooden base and a precious top surface in light marble. The item is in excellent aesthetic and conservation condition, free from structural damage and perfectly functioning in all its mechanical components, including the central sight-level indicator with a brass frame. The two large upper plates are made of solid patinated brass, preserving a beautiful original patina that testifies to its authenticity and historic charm. The base includes the complete front housing for its accessories, comprising nearly all the original brass weights in a shaped housing; only the two smallest milligram weights are missing, a detail entirely marginal that does not in the slightest compromise the aesthetic and decorative impact of this extraordinary antique piece. It is a piece of furniture of great sophistication, perfect for embellishing a professional studio, a pharmacy, a shop, or a vintage and refined home environment. The item will be packed with extreme care and appropriate protective materials to ensure completely safe transport. Ref.: (2026-187)
