Philipponnat, Réserve Perpétuelle Brut - Champagne - 1 Magnum (1.5L)

The "Réserve Perpétuelle" cuvée is in keeping with the non-vintage blends, but each year it incorporates a portion of older reserve wines, aged in oak, which the House preserves to add complexity to the wine without losing its freshness. This is what Philipponnat calls the Réserve Perpétuelle cycle. Grape varieties: approximately 66% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 2-3% Pinot Meunier
