Stunning pair of small pitchers (or milk/cream pots) in fine antique earthenware known as “Jersey” (English Staffordshire production), dating from the mid-19th century (Victorian era, around 1840-1850). These authentic Copper Lustreware pieces are distinguished by their brilliant copper patina and their multicolored relief decoration on a cobalt blue background. Details & Rarity: Sought-after model featuring a handle sculpted in the shape of a crawling feline (decor described as “panther” or tiger) and a body adorned with dappled deer beneath a tree. Dimensions: Height 11 cm. Condition: Perfect condition. No chips, cracks, or flaws. The lustre gold gilt and the white interior enamel are very well preserved.
