Popeye – Wimpy Burgers – Vintage emaille reclamebord –...

Beautiful and colorful enamel advertising sign for Wimpy Burgers, with a cheerful image of the famous comic characters Popeye, Olive Oyl, and Wimpy. The sign features a striking design with a bright yellow background, large red lettering and a humorous scene in which the characters eat and discuss hamburgers. On the sign is the advertisement text "Wimpy Burgers – They're Simply Delicious!" and a price indication of only 10 cents. The sign has a nice glossy finish and shows clear signs of wear, including rust, damage to the enamel and wear along the edges and around the mounting holes. A particularly decorative collectible for fans of Popeye, classic comic characters, American hamburger advertising and vintage enamel advertising signs.
