Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / POPLEA - - VESPA ME XXL— POPLEA 90x90cm
VESPA ME Two characters with long ears ride a scooter through a seaside village. Around them, a cafe terrace, branches heavy with lemons, staggered façades, and a sailboat compose a sunlit scene evocative of the Italian dolce vita. The thick, freehand black line brings the scene to life on a white background. The doodle aesthetic blends everyday details with mischievous characters in a dense composition where the eye travels—from the terrace to the horizon. An invitation to escape and simple pleasures: to go away together, feel the sea air, and take time to live. Signed on the back by "Popléa" and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The canvas is sold rolled, not mounted on a frame. The frame is not included and is only a presentation suggestion. www.poplea.art The artist Popléa: If you possess this artwork, you hold an authentic piece signed Popléa. But be aware: Popléa is a pseudonym. He or she has not yet revealed their identity—deliberately. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, a form of experimentation: Create without a name, without status, without biography. The work alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel. The artist behind Popléa has already been exhibited, recognized, collected—but chose to explore another, freer path. To refuse filters, codes, discourses. To refuse that it is always the same people—galleries, experts, networks—who decide what has value. Perhaps what you own is the start of something. Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now. Both options are beautiful. And in the end, maybe that is the true luxury. The work is hand-signed, ready to hang, delivered in a 4x4 packaging with insured shipping included. Happy bidding Recent buyer comments: "Very happy with my purchase! The piece received is magnificent; you can immediately feel the technical skill and the effort involved. The packaging was particularly careful." "Exceptional packaging for a work that is just as exceptional! Thank you to the artist for this quality work."
