Porsche - Porsche Ricambi Originali - Sign - Metal, Enamel

A vintage Porsche dealer sign made for the Italian market, reading "PORSCHE Ricambi Originali" ("Original Parts") beneath the Porsche crest, with "AUTHORIZED SALES SERVICE PARTS" below in reflective chrome-style lettering. The crest features the classic multi-quadrant Stuttgart shield with the rearing horse centerpiece — a design consistent with the crest style Porsche used through the 1960s and 70s, before later trademark updates. Measuring 40 x 60 cm, the sign was originally displayed at an authorized Italian Porsche dealership or service workshop, directing customers to genuine parts and authorized service. The cream background is bordered by a thin red line, with the Porsche wordmark in red beneath the crest, underscored by a tri-color (yellow/black/red) stripe echoing the brand's German racing heritage colors. Signs of this type and format were produced in a fairly standardized size for Italian Porsche dealers of the period, and this example shows honest, consistent wear for its age: light surface scuffing, minor scattered marks across the enamel face, and rust bleeding from all four corner mounting holes — a strong indicator of genuine period use rather than a modern reproduction, which typically shows clean, unweathered mounting points. A great find for Porsche collectors, particularly those focused on European or Italian-market dealership memorabilia, and a strong complement to other manufacturer parts and service signage. Condition: Rust staining/bleeding at all four corner mounting holes; light surface wear and scattered marks across the enamel face; core colors, crest detail, and lettering remain crisp and legible.
