Voxel Art Sculpture "Pixelated David" – Marble Effect Edition Collection Bust in 3D Printing – Digital Voxel Cube Design with Grey Marble/Stone Finish An fascinating fusion between Renaissance art and contemporary digital culture. This extraordinary sculpture reinterprets Michelangelo Buonarroti's absolute masterpiece, David, through a geometric decomposition into three-dimensional "pixel" blocks (voxels), creating an ideal bridge between classical marble and the aesthetics of 8-bit/retrogaming graphics. Artistic Concept, Geometry and Material Digital Aesthetic & Voxel Art: The famous silhouette of David – the focused gaze, the movable mane and the tension of the neck – is completely reconstructed through hundreds of small cube blocks. The result is an optical illusion in which the work seems to dematerialize or take shape directly from a digital universe. Marble/Natural Stone Effect Finish: The sculpture is made with a special polymer with a sophisticated light gray marble effect / granite stone. The texture features tiny dark speckles akin to the veining of natural stone, giving to the touch and sight a sense of value and solidity. Light and Shadow Play: The cube surface creates a complex three-dimensional texture that captures ambient light, generating sharp, ever-changing geometric shadows depending on the exposure angle.
