Rare natural unheated citrine. 6mm beads on elastic cord. - Height: 6 mm- 9 g

Elastic cord bracelet in natural Brazilian citrine, 8 mm polished round beads, in a pale champagne yellow with fibrous inclusions and feathers visible inside. Brazil is the world's leading source of citrine. Yet, most stones sold under this name are heat-treated amethyst to achieve a sustained orange hue. Here, the delicate color and the inclusions are typical of quartz that has undergone no heat treatment. Its name comes from the Latin citrus, in reference to its lemon color. In the 19th century, it was highly prized in Scottish jewelry. In lithotherapy, citrine is the stone of the sun. It is associated with joy, optimism and self-confidence. It is also nicknamed the “merchant's stone” for its supposed link with abundance and prosperity. 1. Secure shipping with tracking number. 2. Shipment twice a week.
