Pendent reliquary of the Most Holy Cross + 6 different saints: - Robe of Saint Joseph - Robe of Saint Francis of Assisi - Robe of Saint Anthony the Abbot - Saint Anthony of Padua - Robe of Saint Vincent Ferrer - Robe of Saint Joseph Calasanz Precious pendant reliquary in gilt brass, belonging to the first half of the 19th century, containing inside a fragment of the Most Holy Cross of Our Lord Jesus, together with a fragment of Saint Joseph’s Robe, the Veil of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a fragment of Saint Francis of Assisi’s Robe, the Robe of Saint Anthony of Padua, the Robe of Saint Anthony the Abbot, the Robe of Saint Vincent Ferrer, and finally a fragment of the robe of Saint Joseph Calasanz. At the back is stored its own Episcopal seal in sealing wax. The reliquary is divided into a harmonious composition. Most Holy Cross D.N.J.C. (Domini Nostri Jesu Christi): Fragment of wood traditionally identified as part of the cross on which Jesus of Nazareth was crucified. Considered the most sacred among Christian relics, this fragment holds a powerful symbolic value. The Most Holy Cross represents the culmination of the mystery of the Passion, Redemption, and the salvific sacrifice of Christ for humanity. He is the patron of Padua, the poor, travelers, and lost items; he is invoked especially to recover what has been lost. Saint Vincent Ferrer Saint Vincent Ferrer is remembered as a great Dominican preacher, famed for his faith and his commitment to preaching and conversion. His feast is celebrated on April 5. He is considered the patron of preachers, builders, and masons, and is invoked as protector against earthquakes. Saint Joseph Calasanz Saint Joseph Calasanz is important because he dedicated his life to the education of children and youths, especially the poorest. He founded the Piarists, offering free education to young people. His feast is celebrated on August 25. He is the patron of Christian schools, teachers, and students, and is remembered as a protector of education and the formation of youths.
