Rhino #6 - Red List - Stefanie Rogge

Rhino #6 - Red List by Stefanie Rogge Painting 39.0 x 47.0 :: This expressive rhino painting is part of my series “Red List”. Painted in vibrant neon pink soft blue and yellow the majestic animal comes alive on raw canvas in an energetic contemporary visual language. The work is more than an artwork – it is a statement. Rhinos are endangered and listed on the Red List of threatened species. Poaching continues to threaten their survival driven by the black-market trade in rhino horns. With this painting I aim to raise awareness of this destruction while celebrating the strength and beauty of these animals. Despite its critical message the piece radiates positive energy – colorful dynamic and almost dreamlike. ----- NOTE: Due to the large size the painting will sent rolled in a tube so not ready to hang. because shipping will be greater than framing the artwork. . Simply take it to your local framer. He will easily replace the canvas on a frame. The edges are painted.
