Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Richard Ginori - Dinner service (12) - Pittoria di Doccia...
Elegant and important dining service from the Ginori Factory, dating from the early 20th century, composed overall of 12 items. The service is made in white porcelain and features a refined gold rim, enriched by elegant garland decorations with gilded ornaments and gilding. The distinctive color pairing gives the whole a very elegant and striking appearance, typical of decorative productions of the era. Composition of the set: 12 flat plates, diameter about 25 cm. The service bears on the bottom the mark “RICHARD GINORI PITTORIA DI DOCCIA” in gold. General condition more than good: there is a defect on the edge of one soup plate, which however does not affect its beauty or usability. Overall the service maintains an excellent aesthetic presence and constitutes a particularly decorative and interesting set for collectors and enthusiasts of Italian porcelain from the period. A refined and ample Ginori service from the early 1900s, enhanced by the notable variety of serving pieces and the elegant garland decoration. Packaging especially careful, suited to the delicacy of the elements.
