Rosenthal Sanssouci 137-Piece Porcelain Dinner, Tea and Coffee Service – Pink Floral Pattern Extensive 137-piece Rosenthal Sanssouci porcelain service, featuring delicate pink floral decoration on an ivory-white ground, finely moulded Rococo-style relief and elegant scalloped borders. According to our research, this model was included again in the Rosenthal catalogue around 1926. This remarkably varied service includes dinnerware, tea and coffee pieces, serving dishes, sauce boats, tureens and several other matching components, making it a particularly attractive and comprehensive set for collectors, display or special occasions. The set includes: • 12 dinner plates • 12 soup plates • 1 butter dish • 2 sauce boats • 63 smaller plates suitable for coffee, tea, dessert and other uses • 2 small flat serving dishes • 1 wave-shaped serving dish • 3 medium flat serving dishes • 3 small soup tureens • 1 large soup tureen • 1 medium/large flat serving dish • 1 large flat serving dish • 1 square deep serving dish • 9 double-handled bowls or containers • 7 tea cups • 8 coffee cups • 4 cups in a different design • 1 creamer • 1 cream jug • 1 sugar bowl • 1 teapot • 2 coffee pots The service is in very good overall condition considering its age. Only two pieces show a small mark, chip or area of damage; these imperfections are shown separately in the photographs. The remaining pieces may display minor signs of age, use and storage, such as light surface marks or slight wear to the decoration. Please examine all photographs carefully, including the measurements and close-up images, as they form an important part of the description. Please take a good look at the photos for your own impression. The lot will be packed with the utmost care. Registered and insured shipping worldwide.
