S.T. Dupont - Encendedor de mesa (Desk Lighter)...

A0000005432 DESK LIGHTER S.T. DUPONT "SKYSCRAPER" GOLD-PLATED (FRANCE, 1970s): We present at auction an authentic symbol of status and elegance from the 1970s: a imposing S.T. Dupont desk lighter, known among collectors as the "Skyscraper" model for its spectacular architectural and vertical design. Unlike pocket lighters, this piece was conceived to preside over executive offices and luxury salons. It stands out for its formidable dimensions of 14 cm in height, 4 cm in width, and 1.4 cm in thickness, giving it extraordinary weight and presence in the hand. The entire body is coated with a sumptuous yellow gold finish and masterfully decorated with the iconic Guilloché pattern "Pointes de Diamant" (Diamond Tips) from the French house, creating a dazzling play of lights and reflections. At the base of the lighter you can find all the authenticity contrasts: the brand "S.T. Dupont de PARIS", "MADE IN FRANCE", the maker’s punch and its individual serial number. Condition report (Expert Review) Prospective bidders are asked to closely inspect the photographic gallery, which constitutes a fundamental part of the description. The item is in magnificent aesthetic and mechanical condition: Exterior: The gold finish retains a deep, warm glow. Mechanical: The lighter has been tested and works perfectly (see photo with the flame lit). The wheel turns smoothly and the gas valve retains gas correctly. (Note: For international transport safety regulations, the lighter will be shipped empty, without gas or stone. It is delivered without original case). Shipping The item will be carefully protected and securely packed, with insured shipping and an international tracking number. An unbeatable opportunity to acquire a timeless luxury item that will add unobtrusive sophistication to any desk!
