Three beautiful hanging scales from different ages and in used condition. Originating from an old agricultural school. In principle all functional but not tested. Scale 1: The largest of the three and a rare model. Brand Waymasters. Text on the dial: made by precision weighers Reading England. To weigh 1500 kg x 5kg. The condition is used but complete. Protective cover is intact and has paint stains. The metal parts show age spots. Measurements: 60 cm long, 27 cm wide (dial), depth 11 cm (lower part) Scale 2: One of the two smallest scales and the oldest. Brand: Salter, model 235. Text on the dial in English and Dutch: usage commercial interdit, not for commercial purposes. Maximum weighing range 25 kg x 100 g. Protective cover missing. Metal peeled by age. Has a hook at the bottom. Measurements: 36 cm (incl. ring and hook), width 17 cm (dial), depth 4 cm. Scale 3: The youngest of the three and the smallest in size. No brand. The condition is almost new. Protective cover has light scratches, a small piece broken off at the edge (see photo) and at one screw a crack (see photo). The metal parts are good. Maximum weighing range 10 kg x 50 g. Measurements: length 26 cm, width 17 cm, depth 5 cm. All three can only be sold together. Total weight including box: about 7.5 kg.
