Exceptional and very rare unisex Seiko watch, reference 5328-0030, dating from the mid-1980s. This model carries major historical importance for collectors of the Japanese brand: it is one of the exceedingly rare occasions where Seiko equipped one of its watches with a Swiss-made mechanical movement. Inside beats the Seiko caliber 5328A, which is in fact a high-end Swiss blank signed FHF (Fabrique d'Horlogerie de Fontainemelon), caliber FHF 138.001 at 17 jewels. • Dial: Original pristine white, retro style with Arabic numerals "Laurel", black feuille hands, and a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. • Case: Gold-plated metal (Base Metal) with stainless steel snap case back, signed Seiko. • Mechanical condition: The watch is functional and keeps time. • Aesthetic condition: Good vintage condition. The case shows normal and natural wear of its gold plating on the edges and lugs, evidence of its authenticity. The crystal has a few light signs of wear. The original green inner bezel ring is present on the inside. • Strap: Black leather with crocodile texture (new/generic). • Sold separately: Without box or original papers.
