Seiko Yacht Timer – 8M37-7000 – Quartz – Regatta Timer – Two-Tone – Vintage Men’s Watch A distinctive vintage Seiko Yacht Timer, featuring the characteristic colourful regatta countdown display and sporty two-tone construction. The watch has a clean white dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, gold-tone hands and the colourful red, yellow and blue yacht-timer scales. A date window is positioned near 6 o’clock. The case combines stainless steel with gold-tone accents and features multiple pushers for the yacht-timer functions. The bezel is marked Mode, Reset, Start/Stop and Adjust, reflecting the specialised regatta timing functionality of this model. The caseback is marked Seiko, Water Resistant 10 Bar, Stainless Steel + Base Metal and carries the model/reference markings. The watch is fitted with a matching two-tone stainless-steel bracelet. Powered by the Seiko 8M37 quartz movement, designed with yacht/regatta timing functions. The watch is currently working. The case, bezel and bracelet show light scratches and surface marks consistent with normal wear. Some wear to the gold-tone details is visible on close inspection. The white dial remains attractive and clearly legible, with the colourful yacht-timer indications presenting well. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME BRACELET LINKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, SO THE BRACELET CURRENTLY FITS A WRIST OF UP TO APPROXIMATELY 18.5 CM. NO SPARE LINKS ARE INCLUDED. The watch is currently working and has been checked/tested before sale. It has not been serviced by us. The water resistance has not been tested and therefore cannot be guaranteed despite the original 10 Bar marking.
