Serena Grassetti - Breath of the Mind #17

“Breath of the Mind” transforms the face into a threshold between thought and silence, an invitation to look inward. The natural pigments, extracted directly by the artist and fixed with irreproducible gestures, bond to the canvas permanently, trapping time in a living, authentic presence. The work is not limited to being observed: it creates an intimate dialogue, where every gaze becomes reflection and every detail awakens something personal. A unique piece, designed for those seeking a deep experience beyond the image. A work that speaks to the heart, evoking emotions suspended between presence and absence. * Shipping and presentation: The work will be shipped without a frame, rolled carefully on a tube to ensure maximum safety during transport. It may be framed or mounted on a frame at the collector’s discretion. * Original piece signed by the artist, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. This work is created on unframed canvas and is shipped rolled to ensure maximum safety during transport. WARNING: *The canvas is not primed with plaster or primer, so it is a raw and natural material. *It should not be stretched excessively during framing to avoid alterations to the texture and the performance of the natural pigments. *Do not use a stretcher bar, as it could compromise the stability of the work. *It is advisable to entrust installation to an experienced framer for optimal mounting. Crafted on a raw canvas that enhances the materiality of the piece, this work fuses figurative art with the expressive gesture of abstraction, evoking emotion and introspection. The work, realized with mixed techniques and natural pigments, encapsulates the chromatic power of someone who has learned to transform the painterly gesture into pure emotion, in a pursuit that traverses time and the market of contemporary art. Among the depths of color, you can sense the same tension that made Francis Bacon’s brushstrokes iconic, the gesturality of Jackson Pollock, and the introspection of Lucian Freud. A piece that integrates into the realm of modern collectible art, perfect for those seeking a work with strong emotional impact, capable of dialoguing with the visual energy of galleries in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong, where names like Basquiat, Rothko, and Gerhard Richter have left their mark. A work destined for those who understand the value of art that goes beyond form, penetrating the heart of human expression, as Pablo Picasso, Gustav Klimt, and Egon Schiele did over time. The dynamism of the brushstrokes and the depth of the mark make this canvas a perfect investment for collectors and lovers of fine art, always seeking unique pieces able to sit among the greats of Pop Art and conceptual art. A unique piece for art-collecting enthusiasts, perfect for galleries and investors in search of luxury art and works destined to increase in value over time. In a world dominated by pop artists such as Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Banksy, and Kaws, this work stands out for its use of completely natural coloration, making every piece unique and irreproducible. An exclusive alternative for those seeking contemporary art with a distinctive and authentic signature. The works are part of private collections and international art galleries, with sales in cities like Dubai, New York, Berlin, London, and Paris, capitals of the art market and artistic investment. Perfect for those desiring a unique and original piece capable of blending tradition, innovation, and deep visual expressivity.
