Sheaffer - Targa Classic 1005 Fluted & Targa Classic 1022...

Pair of Sheaffer Targa 1005 and 1022 pens with an elegant original vintage case. Elegant pair of Sheaffer Targa Classic ballpoint pens, one of the most recognizable lines from Sheaffer’s production in the late 20th century. The lot brings together two different interpretations of the same refined design: the Targa 1005 with a ribbed body and a 23-carat gold electroplated finish and the Targa 1022 with a glossy black lacquer body and gold details. Both feature the unmistakable slim and balanced profile of the Targa series, enriched by the distinctive perforated clip, the famous White Dot Sheaffer, and the elegant metal end pieces. The contrast between the fully gold and finely ribbed surface of the 1005 and the deep black lacquer of the 1022 makes the pair particularly striking and pleasant to display. The pens are presented in the elegant vintage Targa by Sheaffer case, coordinated in brown, cream, and gold tones. The lot is in overall excellent condition and is particularly interesting for both the Sheaffer collector and anyone who desires two authentic writing instruments with a strong 1980s character and timeless elegance. Mechanisms perfectly functioning; for writing, the refills may require replacement. Tracked shipping and careful packaging; low-cost couriers will not be used.
