Sibyl Dunlop Signed Rock Crystal Sterling and Gold Bracelet C.1960. The sterling silver bracelet with cushion shaped rock crystal links interspaced with rosette links; the rock crystal set in 9k top mounts, the rosettes each centering a 9k polished bead centre, gold tongue clasp to bracelet with safety catch. Full hallmarks and makers mark on reverse for Sibyl Dunlop London 1964. All gold tested as 9K. Length: 7.25 inches. Item weight: 25.24 grams. British jewelry designer Sibyl Dunlop (1889–1968) was best known for her Late Arts and Crafts jewelry and silver objects. Dunlop studied jewelry in Brussels, and upon her return to London in the 1920s, she began a business in partnership with W. Nathanson. Dunlop’s work is characterized using semi-precious and precious gemstones such as chalcedony, chrysoprase, moonstone, amethyst, agate, quartz and opals, along with silver.
