Executive desk table, crafted and painted in a refined light sage green, featuring a slender, richly decorated structure in the Luigi XVI / neoclassical style. Particularly fine is the workmanship of the four legs, with fluted shafts, turned elements, and relief-carved decorations, connected by the elegant lower X-shaped stretcher, also shaped. The legs terminate in small worked feet. A wide front drawer, complete with a pull handle. The drawer construction is interesting, made of wood and assembled at the corners with traditional dovetail joints, as documented in the close-up photos. The slight irregularities visible in the workmanship attest to a traditional construction technique and contribute to the character of the piece. Especially interesting is the top: on the upper part there is a glass shelf, beneath which is placed a light fabric lining. This solution protects the underlying surface and creates an elegant decorative effect typical of small living room pieces, dressing tables or desks.
