[Signed] [First Edition] Yes and No and For Whom the Bell...

A signed first limited edition of two short plays by Graham Greene, in the original glassine wraps. First edition. No. 222 of a limited edition of 750 copies signed by the author. In the publisher's original green cloth binding, housed in the original glassine wraps. A superb volume of two short plays by Graham Greene, Yes and No and For Whom the Bell Chimes. Yes and No is a one-act play, comprising a conversation between a director and his actor, the actor's only lines in the play being "yes" and "no". For Whom the Bell Chimes is a three-act comedic farce, set in one room of an apartment. In the publisher's original green cloth binding, housed in the original glassine wraps. Externally, excellent condition with only minor shelf wear and the rare mark. Glassine equally pleasing with a small tear to the fore edge and a similarly insignificant chip to the spine head. Internally, firmly bound. Very bright and clean with only the odd spot, contained to the first and last few pages. Fine
