Also including a later naval commission to 'Engineer' for another William Thompson dated 1868, with accompanying portrait. To also include portrait miniatures of Lieutenant Colonel Richard Thompson, 68th Durham Light Infantry, Major George Thompson, Royal Artillery Staten Island, and Captain George Thomas R.N.
