The impressive architectural centerpiece features a custom-cut, rectangular black onyx gemstone securely set within a bold openwork frame. The stylized silver mount is intricately detailed with sweeping, machine-age curves and encrusted with sparkling rose-cut marcasites that provide a brilliant contrast to the dark focal stone. Please note that a few tiny marcasites are missing from the setting, a testament to its genuine vintage history that has been factored into the piece's value. The pendant is permanently integrated into a fine double-curb link chain with decorative spacer bars, allowing it to rest perfectly centered on the collarbone, and fastens with a secure spring-ring clasp.
