Silver Plated Shoe Form Pin Cushion

Late 19th or early 20th-century silver-plated pin cushion designed in the form of a woman's high-heeled shoe. The piece features a Louis-style heel and a pointed toe, decorated with brogue-style perforations and embossed scrollwork along the seams and toe cap. A strap detail with a decorative button crosses the instep. The interior is fitted with a dark fabric cushion containing four black-headed pins. Tested on Thermo-scientific analyzer, 60% silver.
