Please refer to the original photographs to verify the actual condition of the artwork.” This acrylic-on-canvas work embraces a synthesis of synthetic cubism and contemporary stained glass to portray the figure of a musician playing the guitar. Through a vibrant assembly of geometric planes delineated by clearly defined black outlines, the composition contrasts warm tones —reds, yellows, and oranges— with cool blues and greens, achieving a notable chromatic balance and visual dynamism. The fragmentation of the face, the hat, and the musician’s figure evokes classical influences from the early 20th-century avant-garde, integrating background elements such as a vase and a window that enrich the intimate atmosphere of the space and reinforce the lyrical rhythm of the whole.
