Sofa - Leather, Wood - Chesterfield Club

Iconic two-seat Chesterfield club sofa original from the 1960s, crafted in genuine black leather and supported by classic carved wooden feet. A timeless piece of British design, characterized by the refined hand-tufted capitonné upholstery with buttons inset into both the backrest and the lower trim, paired with traditional wraparound arms and two wide seat cushions that ensure excellent comfort. Condition and patina: The sofa presents overall good structural condition and retains all its solidity. As detailed in the photographs, the leather shows natural signs of age and wear: there are superficial cracks, crazing, and widespread signs of use. These are aesthetic defects tied to the piece’s age that do not impair its use, but rather confer a wonderful and authentic vintage patina. Dimensions: 165 x 90 x h 72 cm (Seat height: 41 cm)
