COLLECTORS' NOTE A careful viewing of the entire photographic set attached is recommended, to be considered an integral part of this philological description. Every detail, every chromatic nuance and every sign of time on the matter tell a millennial story that words cannot exhaust. (English translation for international bidders): International collectors are kindly invited to carefully examine all the attached photographs, which are an integral part of this description. Every macro detail, texture, and historical imprint tells a deep story that words alone cannot fully explain. DESCRIPTION: MUSEUM-INVESTMENT CERTIFIED WORK Stefano De Carli (Italy, 1963) | "Il corpo della materia" (Ciclo Riemersi) — Monumental polymaterial sculpture (10.6 kg) with authentic historic bricks from the Campanile di San Marco in Venice (1902). Year 2026. WORK TECHNICAL SHEET Type: Polymaterial sculpture and conceptual art installation. Dimensions: 41 x 28 x 11 cm Weight: 10.6 kg Year of creation: 2026 (Made at the Artist's Atelier in Arona) Materials: Polished brass, porous volcanic tuff split naturally, and authentic historic bricks from the collapse of the Campanile di San Marco (July 14, 1902). THE MEANING AND ANATOMY OF THE WORK Fifth central chapter of the famous cycle "RIEMERSI", this work marks the apex of the polymaterial maturity of the Master. A fragment of millennial history that reemerges from oblivion, transforming into pure three-dimensional avant-garde, configuring itself as a true metaphysical altar of memory. The dramatic core of the installation lies in the inclusion of the original historic bricks of the Campanile di San Marco, recovered from the sea storms on the Lido shore a few steps from Villa Jolanda (the artist's childhood Liberty-era home). These centuries-old clay blocks are held in perfect centripetal balance by the millimeter tightening of polished brass pins (a symbol of the scaffolding of the reconstruction). They dialog powerfully with a massive perforated block of porous volcanic tuff, a magmatic material worked with natural split that serves as an ancestral counterweight. The provenance of the materials is totally transparent and compliant with Public Archaeology protocols of Ca' Foscari University of Venice (
