The Gesture That Refuses to Settle - Linda Coppens

The Gesture That Refuses to Settle by Linda Coppens Painting 31.5 x 39.4 :: A suspended exchange between force and erasure. Gestural marks gather and disperse across a field of softened color where areas of density are repeatedly interrupted by lighter passages. This work originates from an earlier body of work ""Poetry of Life"".
