ToonyArt - élection 2021 Trump/Biden

Masterpiece Pop Art: "Mr. Monopoly Trump – Federal Reserve Note" by TOONY'ART About the work Dive into the bold and playful universe of TOONY'ART with this striking piece that ironizes symbols of wealth and capitalism. The artist performs a brilliant détournement, using as a medium an authentic U.S. five-dollar bill from the Federal Reserve, bearing the historic portrait of Abraham Lincoln. Beside it, TOONY'ART tilts the bill into the pop culture realm by hand-applying the legendary Mr. Monopoly character (TRUMP). Represented in full sprint, adjusting his top hat and clutching a bag of bright green bills (stamped with the dollar symbol), the character adds a dynamic irresistibility and a biting sense of humor to the note. The contrast between the clean black line work, the pop color touch of the money bag, and the official details of the American bill creates a visually strong piece with a lot of irony. A nod to the American election that took place in the year of the bill edition 2021.
