Toy Lotto ' De Agostini Cavalieri ' con 5 figurini...

- Lotto 'Cavalieri De Agostini' composed of 5 sealed collectible items + 1 historical antique book for collection. Lot part of a prestigious selection of rare historical miniature models for collection, belonging to the famous and iconic vintage series "Cavalieri medievali in piombo", published in the early 2000s by the renowned publishing house De Agostini in collaboration with world leaders in military modeling. These are elite handcrafted sculptures, fully made in solid lead and heavy die-cast metal, strictly modeled in the classic scale of 54 mm (scale 1:32). Each miniature represents a work of art: entirely hand-painted with matte pigments of extremely faithful color rendering. The series was originally supervised by an international team of historians and medievalists. This rigorous control guarantees absolute philological accuracy in reproducing plate-armors, iron mail, period armaments, as well as in the complex heraldry of emblems, houses, knightly orders and ceremonial garments. Now out of catalog for over twenty years and no longer replicated, these little soldiers are investment and vintage display pieces, exceptionally sought after by militaria collectors worldwide for the extremely high level of detail and the superb plastic rendering of the poses. 1) Knight Richard I of England - De Agostini - code: SMC014IT - scale: 1:32 - material: lead - sealed The model depicts an iconic and legendary historical figure: Richard I of England, known as the Lionheart (1157 – 1199). The mounted figure faithfully reproduces the sovereign with his famous armor and the heraldic red cloak, adorned with the three gold lions, symbol of the English crown during the Third Crusade. 2) Medieval Knight - De Agostini - code: SMC007IT - scale: 1:32 - material: lead - sealed The piece stands out for its splendid and faithful heraldic rendering: both the knight’s tunic and the decorative caparison of the destrier appear in azure-blue hues, on which the historical emblem of the lion sits, a universal symbol of nobility, courage and royal lineage in the Middle Ages. 3) English Knight of the XIII Century - De Agostini - code: SMC012IT - scale: 1:32 - material: lead - sealed The model depicts an English tourney knight of the XIII century on a charger. The miniature is notable for its complex heraldic rendering: both the knight’s tunic and the horse’s caparison are decorated in a blue azure base color, featuring a rich geometric scheme with cross motifs and a vertical shield device (pale or chevron), symbols typical of noble blazons and family branches of British feudal houses of the period. 4) Arab Knight - De Agostini - code: SMC011IT - scale: 1:32 - material: lead - sealed The model depicts an Arab Muslim Warrior Knight on a horse. The miniature stands out for its extraordinary realism and rich coloration: the costumes and the richly adorned horse tack (very accessorized according to medieval Islamic military tradition) are decorated with a refined combination of white and brown tones. A piece with great visual impact, essential to represent the Middle Eastern forces of the Crusades era within the collection. 5) Mongol Knight - De Agostini - code: SMC013IT - scale: 1:32 - material: lead - sealed The model accurately depicts a Mongol warrior on horseback with great historical rigor. The miniature features the unmistakable equipment of the Eastern armies of the Genghis Khan Empire: it wears the typical conical pointed helmet and a robe refined in azure and brown tones, reproducing the fabrics and leather armor of the time. A unique Eastern piece, essential to complete the picture of the historical factions of the medieval collection. 6) Friedrich der Große (Frederick the Great, King of Prussia) - author: Leopold von Ranke (19th-century historian) - publisher: Verlag von Karl Engels - year: undated (Period edition) - language: German - printed: Leipzig - size: 18 x 11 cm - pages: 62 - used, fair conditions, signs of wear and time, browning, imperfections. Historical note: This is a fascinating early 20th-century German educational-historical publication focused on the military and political figure of the famous King Frederick II of Prussia. A vintage collectible piece, ideal for display in a shop window or on a shelf right next to the 5 De Agostini Knights included in the lot to create a magnificent historical and military-themed setting! Condition of the knights: Sealed packaging with normal signs of time and storage on the outer box/blister, which do not affect the integrity and quality of the inner model. - Note: I attach great importance to correct description and photos of the lot. The photos are part of the lot description and provide many details about the lot, its condition and completeness. Always study the numerous photos. Photos take precedence over the written text. - For non-continental destinations including islands and overseas territories, additional costs will be applied.
