Rare Vintage Brexton / Sirram Picnic Case – 1950s/1960s – Very Complete Authentic vintage picnic case from the 1950s-1960s, in pure Mid-Century / Rockabilly style. This elegant set is perfect for trips in a classic car, retro lawn picnics, or to complete a vintage decor. The contents for 2 people come in the form of a rigid case lined with dark green faux leather, equipped with its original handle and the functional metal clasp with key available. The interior is well preserved with signs of use. The items are securely held in place by the original leather straps: • Rigid plastic plates in a very beautiful period green. • Knives, forks and spoons in stainless steel with matching handles. • A large thermos, 3 cups, a stainless steel biscuit tin, salt shaker, pepper mill, a cacao container, and a corkscrew / bottle opener. • Bonus: Supplied with a set of matching leafy-pattern napkins. 30 cm x 27 cm x 14 cm. Weight 2.6 kg This is a used item over 60 years old with some signs of minor wear but in very good overall condition for its age. The plastic of the crockery is shiny; one plate is slightly cracked at the edge. The leather straps are well in place. Thermos in good internal condition.
