RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00 – It is recommended to set the date when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55 (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you may need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Remember to screw the crown back down securely after adjusting.)
