If you are not able to do it yourself, please seek a professional. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; to adjust, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after setting.)
