Offered is a beautiful piece of antique American toy: the iconic "Kiddy Cyclist", made by the well-known Unique Art Manufacturing Co. from Newark, New Jersey. This tin-plate wind-up toy dates from the 1930s and is in strikingly beautiful, collectible condition. Features and condition: Manufacturer: Unique Art Manufacturing Co., Inc. Period: 1930s (circa 1930-1940). Material: Lithographically printed tinplate. Toy condition: In gorgeous, original condition with bright colors and very little signs of wear. The mechanism works (pedals, rings the bell and swivels). Original box: Includes the extremely rare original cardboard box. The box is complete with all flaps, shows light aging/wear appropriate to its age, but is structurally very sturdy and still displays the beautiful original graphics clearly. A unique opportunity for the serious collector of vintage tin toys to add a top piece with its original packaging to the collection.
