Unworn Entourage Ring with Pink Sapphire & Diamonds in White Gold

The so-called "entourage" ring is a true classic in the field of jewellery. It is one of the most beautiful ways to vividly showcase a large coloured stone. Like here: Framed in a bed of white diamonds, the contrasting effect of radiant white enhances the pink sparkle of a faceted sapphire to particular advantage. You read that right, a pink sapphire! Sapphires come in many colours, even if the blue variety is probably the most common and best known to date. This intensely bright stone is a special feast for the eyes. When we had the opportunity to acquire some of these natural sapphires, we did not hesitate to give them the stage they deserved. The ring was made on our behalf in Italy from high-carat white gold. The pink sapphire weighing 1.20 ct is set in the center. Ten brilliant cut diamonds, together weighing 1.13 ct, surround the center stone, held by simple white gold prongs. A gallery of white gold struts holds all the gemstones slightly above the finger, allowing plenty of light to reach them. An independent certificate on the quality of the materials is included with the ring.
