Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Val Saint Lambert - Charles Graffart & René Delvenne...
Large Art Deco vase model “Dufour” from the Luxval collection of the Verreries Val Saint Lambert. This vase was made in the 1930s and is executed in clear pressed glass. It is a design by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne and is described in the Luxval catalog of 1935 (see the last photo). Height 23 cm – Diameter 15 cm The vase is signed on the bottom “Val St Lambert Belgique”. It is in very good condition with very light calcium deposits (see photos). Air bubbles, glass threads or traces of the moule are typical for the production process of pressed glass at that time. These are not defects but rather proof that this object dates from the 1930s. Photos are an integral part of the description. The vase is packed very carefully and shipped with track & trace.
