Valerio Altamira (XX-XXI) - Bassotto tra i fiori

Oil on canvas signed in the bottom left by V. Altamira. Dimensions: 40 x 30 cm. Frontal portrait of a dachshund with a brindled coat, large sweet eyes and long ears, seated in a meadow of daisies and orange and yellow flowers. The fur is rendered with fine, detailed brushstrokes, while the blue background and the intense green of the grass highlight the animal's tender gaze. A charming and well-crafted painting, perfect for those who love dogs and are looking for a cheerful work for the home.
