JAPANESE KUTANI VASE 30 CM – DOUBLE HANDLES – GOLD AND POLYCHROME – MARKED 九谷 光峰 Large decorative Japanese vase in Kutani porcelain, of substantial form and particularly rich in decoration. The vase features a bulbous body, a narrow neck with a wide flared mouth and two elegant side handles. The surface is characterized by rich polychrome decoration with abundant gold details. The body has a dark background decorated with spiral and scrolling motifs in gold, alternated with large light panels with a craquelé effect and floral decorations. Numerous flowers in shades of red and orange are highlighted by gold details and outlines.
