Vase - Glass

Vintage Italian artistic glass vase with a multi-colored flame effect – 1960s/70s Description Elegant vintage decorative vase in Italian artistic glass, characterized by a refined sinuous shape with a globular body, slender neck and flared opening. The vase features a spectacular polychrome decoration made up of red, orange, yellow/amber, cream and dark brown, arranged in long flowing bands and flame motifs that run across the entire surface of the piece. The particular workmanship creates an intense three-dimensional effect and depth, enhanced by the glossy surface and the transparency of the glass. The base is hefty and decorated, contributing to stability and the imposing presence of the object. The design and color palette are strongly linked to the Italian art glass production of the second half of the 20th century, particularly to the aesthetic research of the 60s–70s. Period: circa 1960–1970 Origin: Italy, stylistic attribution Material: art glass Technique: handmade layered work / polychrome decoration Color: red, orange, amber, cream and brown Conditions: good vintage condition, with normal minimal signs of aging; no obvious cracks visible in the photographs. Note: the vase does not present a clearly visible signature or maker's label; therefore it is offered as vintage Italian art glass, without attribution to a specific glassworks or master. A piece with a strong decorative impact, particularly suitable for collectors of Italian art glass and vintage design.
