Material & Decoration: High-quality ceramic/stoneware with Milet’s famous deep cobalt blue flame glaze ("Gros Bleu" / "Bleu Flambé"). Excellent gloss. The bronze mounting sits firmly and shows a beautiful, authentic age patina. The upper rim is minimally rough due to manufacturing (created during firing at the factory) – this is evidence of authentic handwork of the early 20th century and not a defect. #madeinfrance
