Venerated pheasant Taxidermy wall mount - Syrmaticus reevesii

Take a good look at all the photos. It is the largest representative of the Phasianidae family. : the male's tail can reach 2 meters. The male has a black mask and a black collar, his plumage is yellow tinged with white and black. It is also known for its aggression toward humans as well as other animals and its conspecifics. If you look at the last photo showing a living specimen in its natural habitat, you will notice that the resemblance is perfect in every respect. We could rightly think that it is the same bird. The beauty of this taxidermy is unabashed, in perfect condition. The bird's distinctive colors and expression are superb. The tail length alone is 136 cms !!!! It is a great pleasure for us to present this exceptional, rare, and unique lot to everyone here, and only here, on Catawiki. Not to be missed !!! Good luck !!!
