Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / Vera Kora (XX-XXI) - Macabro allegro
Oil painting on canvas from a collection. Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Vera Kora and bearing the Gallery's stamp. Title: Macabro allegro Dimensions: 55 x 70 cm Year: 2026 Vera Kora is a contemporary artist who explores the body as a territory of transformation and unstable identity. Her research focuses on the relationship between beauty, matter, and alteration, through female figures, anatomical elements, and organic symbols that evoke processes of mutation and rebirth. Her works, characterized by intense chromatics and surfaces that seem to melt or regenerate, build images suspended between attraction and unease, where the skin becomes a threshold and the form a passage. Vera Kora's work occupies a contemporary visual dimension that blends surrealist suggestiveness, anatomical references, and pop sensibility, creating a recognizable and strongly identitarian language. Note: The artwork will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photography: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
