Vincent (XXI) - Rose rosa

This oil painting on canvas depicts an imposing composition of pink roses on a light background. The petals are rendered with decisive brushstrokes and palette-knife marks that create relief and movement,. The neutral color of the background creates a subdued and elegant contrast, which is accentuated only toward the bottom to give vertical lift. Despite the classical theme, thanks to the XL size (the canvas measures 80x80 cm), this painting lends itself very well to contemporary environments, and it is able to convey timeless class and elegance. The canvas is shipped rolled in a tube complete with authentic certificate. No extra-EU shipping is carried out, extra-EU orders will be canceled! Vincent loves painting large canvases with strong color contrasts, loves the relief effects he achieves with the use of the spatula.
