The stunning diamonds have a combined weight of 0.80 carat, G in colour and SI in clarity. An elegant 0.50ct ruby-paved outer border, and platinum detail at the shoulders add a final dash of vintage luxury to this gorgeous, two-tone, predominantly 18 carat yellow gold ring.
