Wall clock - Juwelier Hörl Prototype - Mid-century modern Steel - 1970-1980

Vintage Art Deco Style Wall Clock – Claudius for Juwelier Hörl Augsburg (1970s Prototype) Up for sale is a rare, authentic handmade unique wall clock created by Claudius as an exclusive boutique display prototype for the prestigious German jeweler Juwelier Hörl Augsburg. Unique; nowhere to be found online. This striking collector's item features a masterful Art Deco revival silhouette with definitive 1970s modernist execution. The geometric frame is composed of staggered, vertically grain-brushed stainless steel column segments mounted on a solid wooden backing frame. The central circular dial is protected by a domed glass crystal and finished with a polished chrome bezel, clean typography, bold black hands, and a vivid red seconds hand, creating a perfect balance between mid-century modernism and classic architectural design. Specifications • Design Era: 1970s Art Deco Revival • Brand / Origin: Claudius for Juwelier Hörl Augsburg (Germany) • Dimensions: Approx. 31.5 cm x 24.5 cm x 4.5 cm • Weight: Approx. 1.5 kg • Movement: Fitted with a new, silent and reliable quartz clockwork (battery operated). Condition & Details • Cosmetics: Excellent pre-loved condition. The brushed stainless steel panels and chrome bezel maintain a beautiful luster with only minimal, age-appropriate wear. Item will be packed with professional care using heavy-duty protection to ensure a safe delivery.
