The Whoopee Party Mickey Mouse and Patricia Pig Pair of Animation Drawings (Walt Disney, 1932). "Yeah! Whoopee!" This hilarious pair of original animation drawings features Mickey Mouse dancing with Patricia Pig from the 1932 black-and-white short The Whoopee Party. In this delightful moment (seen near the 3:03 timestamp), the miniscule Mickey pulls an oversized Patricia to the dance floor, creating an unforgettable visual gag as he is hilariously tossed around the dance floor. The short, written by Pinto Colvig and directed by Burt Gillett and Wilfred Jackson, follows Mickey and his friends as they host a lively house party. While Minnie and Clarabelle provide musical entertainment, Mickey, Goofy (Dippy Dawg), and Horace prepare refreshments-which quickly disappear when the partygoers burst into an energetic jam session. Illustrated in graphite on 12-field 2-peghole animation paper, these fantastic drawings are numbered 112 and 125. A delightful find for collectors of vintage Disney animation art! The pair of drawings show light age-related toning, production handling wear, and light to moderate edge wear. In Very Good condition.
