Made in United Kingdom. 1921 - 1929. Double-sided porcelain (DSP). Scarce early flange sign promoting White Rose and Royal Daylight products. Originally packaged and advertised together during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, White Rose and Royal Daylight were co-branded lines of premium American lamp oil (kerosene) distributed under the Standard Oil Company monopoly. Marked, "IMPERIAL ENAMEL Co. Ld., BIRMINGHAM" lower right. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #501902). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions.
