Wonderful Amethyst Druzy with Large Calcite Gemination...

A beautiful specimen of Amethyst with a characteristic Calcite twinning. The druse has a slightly concave shape, and the Amethyst crystals seem to enfold the Calcite stalactites formed inside it. Very fascinating and evocative, perfect to include in a rich collection of unique minerals. Amethyst size: 110 x 100 x 100 mm Height with base: 155 mm Weight: 1345 g Origin: Brazil
